These Terms of Use govern access to spinalnew.world and the purchase and use of nutrition coaching products offered by Spinalnew. By using the website or booking a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Nature of Services
Our services consist of educational nutrition coaching, meal planning guidance, and lifestyle support. They are not a substitute for professional advice where specific clinical conditions require specialised care. Clients remain responsible for their own food choices and for seeking appropriate professional support when needed.
3. Coaching Products
Current products listed on the website include:
- Discovery Session (€89): single introductory session.
- Monthly Coaching (€149 per month): recurring coaching with agreed session frequency.
- Complete Program (€449): twelve-week structured coaching package.
Product descriptions, durations, and deliverables are outlined at booking. We may update offerings; confirmed bookings honour the terms agreed at purchase.
4. Booking and Payment
Bookings are confirmed after we accept your request and payment terms are met. Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable Finnish VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices specify payment deadlines and methods. Late payment may result in suspension of sessions until the account is settled.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, attend scheduled sessions or provide reasonable notice of cancellation, and communicate openly about allergies, restrictions, or concerns. You must not misuse our materials by redistributing proprietary content without written permission.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling by Client
Reschedule requests should be made at least twenty-four hours before a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit that session depending on your package terms. Subscription cancellations follow the notice period stated at enrollment. Refund rules are defined in our Return Policy.
7. Cancellation by Spinalnew
We may reschedule or cancel sessions due to illness, safety, or force majeure, offering alternative dates or proportional credit. We may terminate coaching relationships where conduct is abusive, discriminatory, or violates these terms, with refund handling per the Return Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on spinalnew.world, including text, graphics, layouts, and coaching materials, is owned by Spinalnew or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own coaching journey. Unauthorised copying, scraping, or commercial reuse is prohibited.
9. Acceptable Website Use
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, introduce malware, harvest data from other users, or use the site for unlawful purposes. We may restrict access where abuse is detected.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and services are provided with reasonable skill and care but without warranties beyond those mandatory under Finnish consumer law. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching, as results depend on individual effort and circumstances.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Spinalnew is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from website use or coaching. Our aggregate liability for direct damages related to a specific product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection rules.
12. Consumer Rights in Finland
If you are a consumer within the meaning of Finnish consumer protection legislation, you retain statutory rights regarding defective services, misleading information, and distance contracts where applicable. Nothing in these terms reduces those rights.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
